PE kits need to be brought to school every Monday and taken home and washed on a Friday. That way kits will always be available when they are needed.
Spellings are given every Friday. Please learn these for a test the following Friday.
Reading books are changed weekly. Please read with your child each night and ensure reading books are always in your child’s book bag when they come to school.
Homework is also given on a Friday and is due in on the following Wednesday morning. Please see the class teacher if you have any questions about the homework. Please see the attachment for this weeks homework.
We are using Abacus- Active Learn to plan and deliver lessons.
Your child will be given weekly activities to complete on line which where we can check their progress.

Our Topic for this term is Celebrations!
We will look at different celebrations , creating art work , looking at festivals around the world as part of geography and compare how traditions have changed as part of history.
We hope to have a few celebrations of our own.
In science our topic is Animals including Humans.
We will learn about our bodies and how to keep them healthy through diet and exercise.
We will learn about and compare the life cycles of different animals.
